It's when you have anal sex with a girl then take it out and drag your "dirtied" penis across her upper lip. Giveing her a sh*t mustache or a "Dirty Sanchez". I guess the misconception is that all Mexicans, the Sanchez part, have mustaches and they look dirty? It still is one of my favs, but not as much as a Blumpkin.
