I would definately pick the beauty. Sometimes being too smart can lead to being stuck up, and result in a girl being even less attractive. However, if the question was personality vs. beauty, I'd pick the one with the great personality. While at first I'd be attracted to the hot one, I'd probably get tired of her fast. On the other hand, while it'd take a little more to attract me, I'd rather go out with the girl with the the personality.

A ditz has to be the most annoying thing around. They tend to not have their own personality. Usually, they are like putty, they are easily molded by their surroundings and that it the biggest turn-off that I can think of.
On the other hand, an intellectual is very interesting because they can have a conversation on an intellectual level. It's nice to have someone challenge you on that level because it keeps you on your toes.
I'd rather be with a female who is an intelligent woman, rather than an idiot. Brains over beauty any day.

Brains win over the long term. Eye Candy that doenst make wise choices are a liability at times. Balance is key, and what you want out of life should be the driver. Good sex doesn't mean good communication. There always trade-offs in relationships remember that.
