Simply this, the boots (or high heels) raise your butt up and the short skirt makes it easier to access....does that answer your question?

God yes. I'll tell you what's sexy about it. You are focusing male attention on the area between the end of your skirt and the start of your boots, the bit where you're flashing a lot of leg, know what I mean?
Having said that, I wouldn't want my sister or my daughter to dress like that.

I feel that skirts tend to either look kind of cheap or trashy if they are tight and short, or they are simply just the run of the mill jean skirts that aren't necessarily sexy.

Try maxi dresses with the relative side slits those will look great you! No matter whether you have long legs or not only strut that skirt
