Start off, "Hi, remember me? yeah, it's been a while."
a good conversation keeper is "What have you been up to lately", which adds alot to the conversation. then, find out subtly if he has a GF, and then, make your move. go for it. good luck, i'll be in touch if you'd like to email me some time.

I recently had this problem myself. I just decided to call her and see what happens. I started off with "What's new" and that got the ball rolling. Asking about the area he moved to will probably add alot of time to the conversation as well. Starting off with "I just called to see how you're doing" might be good as well, it shows a certain intrest for him on your part and that always makes the call receiver feel good. Just be relaxed and enjoy the conversation. Be real!

Call him and ask him how he's doing..Ask him about the place he moved to..How is it there, does he like it, is he making friends..How is school there..What is there to do around the area. Things like that. I'm sure he will come up with things to talk about too. Good luck!

Just call him and tell that you missed him and show your interest in talking to him. Rest of the conversation will depend upon his response. If he likes you tooooo then i bet you will be happy to make the call.

okay this is sort-of easy. Start with what are you doing, and reply to him when he asks you stuff. Try not to have long pauses, not good, unless, he's doing something, or you are, and if you are, share what your doing. And give him your number, it might make it easier.

perhaps write a few notes of topics of convo first. so if you have a silence you can look at the notes. ask him questions. and relax! make fun of awkward silences, have a laugh. they'l be shy too.

Hello
How are you doing?
What have you been up to lately?
Do you like where you are living now?

Just for starters
