I have been using a L'Oreal microdermabration cream for a while, but recently been using a face cloth and soap, I feel that the results are similar, is there a difference? If so, what?

Well microdermabrasion is supposed to remove the top layer of skin, leaving a somewhat shiny but youthful glow beneath. A hot flannel will open up the pores giving a similar but not as long lasting result. I personally would save my money and go for the hot flannel cold splash after thing! I hope this helps (and saves you money) Merry Christmas! xx
