Chat someone up.. You don't even have to sleep with the girl, but at least find out if you enjoy spending time with her romantically.

Check with your local swingers club - a well established one, and go to a party. They always accept single women and there are always women there interested in getting together. Also, they will welcome you into 3 somes. And you don't have to worry about the aftermath because there isn't any. No one will follow you home.
