Well, I can't answer the exact question which you asked, but I want to ask you some so you will think about this some more.
Have you graduated from High School? If not, you probably need to work on that and instead of moving out.
I think the most likely way for you to leave now and still not completely destroy your future is to join the service. I think you can do that without your parents consent and there are programs and facilities to help you finish high school.
Most teenagers go through a rebellious period, but try to think about your long term best interest. NOT being a high school graduate really hurts your income earning ability.

Son,I think not until you can spell consent properly and have a GED or high school diploma in your hand before your 18.A consultation with your local armed forces recruiter could give you some guidance and pathways you could follow to move away from home , become physically fit, self sufficient , a team player ,and blow things up as part of your job.

if u are adopted, then it would, but if ur not then they can still call the cops and probably place u under house arrest if they took u to court and showed that it would be in ur best interest to do so. the only way would be if u showed that its in your best interest to move out because of problems at home like abuse, negligence, poor unsanitery conditions, or anything else u can think of, present it to a judge, and also showed him or her that u can, and have been, providing for urself and will continue. ur chances drastically improve if u have ur own job and make a steady income, have a place to live and anything else u might need.

no sorry...you can be labeled as a runaway if you move out. If there is a special situation that we aren't aware of then you should take it to the department of families and children. They can help alot more than we can. If it's the same crap that i went through as a 17 year old then you need to just suck it up and hold on tight for the next few months.

It may depend on where you live. In most places you have to have their consent, but you can seek to be an emancipated minor. You need to talk to a lawyer.

yes but they could technically have the police bring you back. However you can become emancipated, but i am sure that would take more than a year

you can but it would be hard for you to find a place to live unless you live with your friends for a while...it will be very hard to get your own place at that young age
