I am a 21 year old female that's witha an older guy. That's not the problem the problem is he has another woman. We have been together for 3 years the woman is a much older woman than he is. She looks like his grandma. She has a idea that we are seeing each other but she isn't sure. I want to leave him but he just always seems to be there when I need him the most. He's not married. Although she heard of our relationship he still comes back. I don't know what to do because this is my first boyfriend and I love him. He's been there through everything, sickness and health even when I was unemployed

Reality check, who came first into his life, she or you? if you, then role up your sleeves, sister and fight for your man. if she, then accept the fact that she's going to do the same.
Men being men, he will love to have more than one woman at hand.

Talk to him, be firm and ask that he give her up, else you will give him up. You need to be strong for this, it is heart breaking.

Finally just ‘cause he is your first man, does not mean he is your last man.

I'm sorry hon, but it doesnt sound like a true relationship. More of a really good friendship maybe. Don't waste your wonderful young years on someone who is not giving you what you need. You need to find a true, good relationship and quit settling.
