One truth I know is that Jesus is at the right hand of God telling all that concerns us. From His prayer in John17, I can readily say that He never gets tired of whatever we want of Him. Moreover in John 3:16, His love was made clear to us and you can imagine how much He loves you and will do all it takes to see you happy.
I must say here that we must few out walk in Christ with a picturial view of the rose flower it is so beautiful yet it came out of branches of thorns.

it seems like you have a really good imagination for thinking about that question.

but let us expand your imagination even more...

in that time, when Joseph knew that Mary was with child before they even got together would be a terrible disgrace (in some place today it still is). but since Joseph was an honorably man, he wanted to "divorce" Mary quietly.

but you know what happened... so Jesus was born & indeed a lot of people were saying that to him... not because they know that God was his father, but because everything believed he was an illegitimate child....

if you know of people like that today,"wiseguys" still tell them lines like that to make fun of them & to look "cool".

you do look "cool" do not worry...

& to answer your question... Jesus probably just kept quiet & did not reply.

& okay can you say "hi to your dad for me today as well?"

Like many illegitimate children it probably made him feel uncomfortable. Knowing that he was biologicaly the son of Gabriel and not of his mother's husband Joseph. He was probably wondering if the people knew it or not...

let the dead bury the dead...thats what Jesus said...If they are gone I can't bring them back..So, I will hold on to memories of what we shared together..My focus is Jesus when I pray..

He did not then,

And he still does not tire of it today.

You might give it a shot yourself!

Peace!
