Personality definitely.
If a girl is interesting to talk to, truly nice (meaning, she actually LIKES men, not just sees them as the solution to a cash-flow or reproductive problem, which is so common), and is INTERESTED, then looks drop way down the list.
A good personality can outweigh good looks any day, and I've been with some very good looking women too, but now it doesn't impress me for more than a few minutes, if she doesn't have a good personality, is smart, etc.

The personality is the attraction for me. Met good looking guys that were so shallow without a good personality, needless to say those didn't last long.

For me a the outer women does not matter but more the inner women she should have a good personality she should be friendly and have good traits it wont kill her to have beautiful eyes

i am attracted to a good sense of humor (one like mine.)
dark hair and eyes (no white guys for some reason.)
and people who have a trustworthy personality.
