I have been dating a guy who appears to love me but is not in love with me. I am in love with him but for some reasons he just keeps moving 2 steps forward just to move 10 steps backwards. I don't know if i should continue to pursue it or just call it quits. Sometimes I feel if it weren't that were introduced by a mutual friend we wouldn't still be talking....

Well before you make any decition i think you need to have aserious talk with him. Ask him what does he feels for you, where does he see your relationship in the future? Tell him that your feeling are increasing, not that you are in love, and ask him if he feels the same way. Give him th eoportunity to express how he feels, then make your decition base on that. Hope this helps you!

if you have been dating for a long time then try to figure what he's all about, but if you've only been dating for a little while just call it quits....there is no use for you to stress about the relationship if he doesnt' even care....the whole mutual friend thing will always happen there will always be people you meet through your friends but you dont' have to date them. just figure out whats best for you.

Ask him what is up... the only way to solve this is to communicate. If this relationship is what you want then pursue it. If you are not getting treated how you want then can it. Life is to short to not be happy.

Seems to me the solution is painful, yet obvious...you have to dump this guy. sometimes, love isn't what's right for you. loving someone but being ignored by them means that it's a one-way relationship, and that's not what you deserve. you deserve better. good luck with this.

Back off and see what happens. If he comes too you tred lightly but if he fades away let him go that means he wasn't that into the relationship.

Call it quits. Don't wait around - time is too short. I am finding this out now myself.
