So, my parents aren't too into the whole dateing thing. Should I try to get the to allow me to date when I turn 18, I'm almost there. Or should I just wait till after college or something? I am interested in a girl right now.

Wow, you definately need to start dating. I think it's important to date when you're in high school. You learn a lot about how to treat people in that time and you will make mistakes. You don't want that mistake to be made when you're 24 and in a very serious relationship. Obviously, the majority of relationships in high school don't last, but they're fun and a learning experience.

Ok I have a friend who Mother is the same way. Your not to far from 18 and you like a girl. I would say go for it, but then again you have to think of your parents. Have you ever talked to them as to why they wont let you date??? E-mail me back and i might be able to help you.

You can't hide love. If it finds you, go for it. Make sure you get your goals straight first. Like college....go where you want to go not where someone else goes!
