Obviously if that happens, the person would not do it "legally". I mean he wouldn't have the enough money to do it "legally" Do you agree with this? or do you think the person should stay in his country and live a miserable life?

"Tiny" the fact that you were born in a poor country doesnt mean that you're going to be poor too. Probably you're rich living in a poor country, that's different. Get my point?

If the one born in the horrible country can immigrate legally yes but if it is illegal then no, and the next best thing is if the country is so horrible maybe you were born there to put an end to the horror and make it a country that you desire, Ultimately a country is exactly what the people of that country makes it, as we all know one can not stand against the many, unless the many allow it.

I believe its up to the indivuals in that country to make a change. Remember once America sucked! In Mexico I felt it was Fox's fault for not creating jobs for the public and there is a gap with the really rich and the really poor. Its sad but its true. If AMerica closes down the boarder with Mexico I think this will end up in a Mexican civil war because many of the Mexicans bring millions home and the Rich gain off of this. Change must come within. I am Korean and I have seen them and studied them as they are emerging and becomming a core country.

They should do it legally or try to make their country better. It is not impossible. Its been done before. Do you think that the United States can afford to have an entire country of people come here just because their country is poor?

Why do you keep putting the word legally in quotes?

If at all possible, they should stay in their country and try to make it better. This is not always possible, but coming to a country illegally, and being in the underground of society doesn't seem like a good answer either.

I think that no one has the right to break the law to better their position in life at the expense of another.

Illegal aliens are bettering themselves financially in this country at the cost of American taxpayers who did not ask for this burden.

There is no legitimizing the choice to enter this country illegally.
America does not need anymore poor, unskilled, uneducated people to try to put to work. We have plenty of our own citizens struggling to get by without wasting our time pitying illegal aliens- whose 1st act on American soil was a crime.

I don't see where or how it becomes the responsibility of the citizens of the U.S. to support or allow in every person that wants to come here just because it is miserable where they live. If it is miserable there, then maybe those people need to work to make their country better, just as people here in the U.S. work to make their country better.
In any case, if they cannot come here legally then please don't come here at all.

I think that if the person truely wanted a better life for themselves and their families, they would try all legal options open to them and only using illegal immigration as the last option.

If they actually did try the legal options, then they wouldn't need to resort to illegal immigration.

You really are ignorant. I am an immigrant from the Philippines, it is a very poor country. And I immigrated LEGALLY, and we did have the money to move LEGALLY.

You are a miserable person.

The thing that make any country terrible is the mares of the people, when you allow this to flow into your country then you destroy the host country.
