Two month ago I had a terrible pain in my teeth.
And as I went to my dentist it became clear that ithere was periodontitis over the root of my tooth in the upper jaw.
So I had to undergo the root canal healing procedures.
The doctor has virtually formed a new tooth that is based on a titanium rod that is now located in one of my root canals.

But there is one thing that disturbs me. Two moths have passed but I still experience occasional pains in my gum, in its upper part when I, for example, kiss someone, or do anything else that envolves movements of face muscles.

What may be the reason?

the root canal procedures should not have any association with muscles of expression or muscles of mastication. If you have persisting occasional pains then you should see your dentist to ensure that the root canal is not loose, this is unlikely though, secondly if there is a persisting abscess, also unlikely. Otherwise see your primary doctor to rule out things like sinus problems or ear problems, the pains from sinuses, ears, teeth can all be felt in either of the places, this is called referred pain, good luck
