Maybe is your inner desire for that to happen. Don't get desperate, maybe that person is coming to your life when you least expect it. Don't force it. Good luck.

read the bible. there is a really cool place in there (sry cant remember-you can askif you go to a church) where God was sending these people dreams with meanings. Talk to God about it and see what will show you.
