Hello there, I am a physical therapy technician and office manager. The most succesful things that we use in our clinics for this type of situation are:

1.) Digi-Flex hand excerciser
2.)TheraBand Excercise Putty
3.)TheraBand Rubber Band
4.)Paraffin Wax (Dip hand into it)

All of which can/should be found in any pt office or medical supply store.

Hope I helped!

I agree...sounds like CT, but it could be something else. How do you know you have radial damage? Guessing, or did someone of authority tell you? And if they did, they probably suggested some physical or occupational therapy. And only 15% use of your hand? Are you post-accident or post-surgery? Anyway, check this site, and I wish you luck, dear one.

Sounds like similar to Carpal Tunnel, so you need a Phys Therapist to give you exercises and you can find them on the web
