Try Dawn diswashing liquid. It will get the greasy orange color out of her. Doesn't have to be any of the special kinds just regular all purpose Dawn.

I would call a groomer and ask what they would use to get the stain out. Don't try anything too harsh as it could burn the dogs skin. You might want to just shampoo every couple of days until it fades. The dog grooming itself will probably lighten it up also.
My dog doesn't stain himself, but he has stained the carpet and a blanket with red-colored treats! Now I only give him more natural treats that don't have any dyes in them.

It's a tomato stain. Try a vinegar rinse! It shouldn't hurt the dog, and if you rinse well afterwards, the smell of the vinegar will fade quickly. It also works well on clothes as a fabric softener that is easier on the skin than Downy or Bounce.
The peroxide that was already mentioned is also a safe, probably effective method.

What is your dog's original color? If it's white or close to it try using a blueing shampoo. It will help take out the orange/yellow color.
