No. Sound requires a medium to travel through; namely, oxygen, water, etc. Since there is a lack of that in space, there is no sound that would be emitted.

The smell would be expanded at a rate so high that you would be luck to catch the slightest hint of a molecule because space is a giant vacuum.

no sound, no smell. sound won't travel through a vacuum, you won't be able to smell it because of the vacuum, in a vacuum all gases and liquids disperse, especially gases, the gas would disperse so fast you would never had the chance to smell it (a fart is made of gas). in space there. but if you were in a space suit, than yes you'll hear and smell your fart

I don't know a lot about this kinda stuff, but I don't think so. From what I understand, space is a vacuum, so there'd definitely be no sound. Surely there are gases up there, though--because that's what makes up comets, etc.--and there are gaseous clouds in space, aren't there? I believe so.
Aren't there any aeronautical engineers out there who know anything about this kinda stuff? Where are all the smart folk?

Dude, you'd be trapped inside a suit with that bad boy.
