The Tomb of Simon Peter is said to be exavated in Rome. Then years later another was said to be found in Jerusalem.

You need to understand that a sarcophagus was only a temporary place to put a body until it is decomposed. From there it is place in a burial box, then placed in the ground.

Mary's location is unknown, and unnecessary to be known. Same with Simon Peter. Where the rotting tent is located is meaningless.
