Despite society's best attempts the blunt truth is virgin is not a bad thing, it's actually a good thing.

If you have chosen to protect yourself, value yourself (and let's face it, our crappy society needs more women like you) then stick to your strong morals. When you are on the highway there will always be many exits, many temptations but you are driving with a specific purpose to a specific place with only once exit, keep that in mind.

But since you are with someone who doesn't feel that way you'll have to explain this to them. Don't expect them to understand it or even in harsher situations to even respect your decision. They're probably operating under the foolish notion that sex will deepen and make better the relationship. Not necessarily true, there many, many ways to express Love and your feelings for that person beyond sex. This is your chance, for both of you to discover those ways and that journey is far more rewarding, especially at this stage in your life, then the fleeting warmth of sex.

Should he fail to grasp this simple concept and begin to pressure you for sex, clearly you need to let him go. You deserve to be with someone who will value and treasure you. Not pressure you.

Always remember: if you can do better then you should.

You're probably pretty young and new to the dating game, but you need to realize that just about everybody you date will want a physical relationship with you. I suggest you be more careful about your choices of potential dates and perhaps consider finding someone of like mind. This guy doesn't seem like he's on the 'same page' you are. If you consent to a physical relationship just to please him you will have regrets. If he breaks up with you b/c you hold back he never actually had your best interest at heart anyway. There are alot of shallow and selfish guys in the world. Stick to your guns and do what you feel is right in your own heart. It's impt. to establish boundaries on the front end with dating a new guy and not waiver from those. It's a scary world--be careful.

Continue to save yourself for marriage.

Whether you have sex with someone or not is a choice that you have to make for yourself. He can't make it for you.

If you plan to keep yourself till marriage, don't give in just because that's what he wants.

There's more to you than what's between your legs. Besides, he's not the only boy at that school who likes you.

Stick to your guns until you're married, or have decided to do otherwise. Only you can make the choice. You'll be happier in the long run.

Be straightforward and talk to them about it as soon as possible. You need to be upfront about it because this subject means a lot to people and you shouldn't waste your time with someone who can't take who you are. Don't be afraid of disagreeing because it's too important to you to compromise. If the person really cares about you, they'll try to be considerate of your ideals and work it out. If not, they shouldn't be with you. Good luck.

Do not under any circumstances let this person pressure you into doing anything that you don't want to do. There are a lot of other things that you can do that will satisfy both of you without having sex. If they care about you enough then they will wait for that part. Make sure that you are upfront and honest with this person about your feelings.

Honor God and stay a virgin till you get married. A serious spouse-to-be should respect your decision. It's important to agree on Morales in a relationship.

If you are a virgin through your own conviction, HOLD YOUR GROUND! There is nothing better than being assertive and letting people know you are not easy prey! Kudos to you for being a virgin but don't have self-doubt by posting for opinions on this site. Be true to yourself!

The one wanting to sleep with the other should respect that decision and if they can't then the one saving themselves should move on.

dont do it, if a guy just wants to be with you for sex he is not worth it and will end up leaving you in the end, that and it will be a waste of a good virgin, if he cant handle the fact that you want to wait than tell him to go **** himself lol :D
