Yes you can "bake" in your microwave oven but you will get no coloring on the cooked food. To get the browning on the crust it will need to be baked.here is a great recipe for dough.
3 1/2 cups flour
1 cup warm water (between 95° and 115° F.)
2 T yeast (2 tablespoons, I like my dough a little yeasty. You can use less)
2 T honey
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Dissolve the yeast in warm water. In a bowl mix together all ingredients and then turn out on a floured board and knead for about 5 minutes or longer. (It is great if you have some things bothering you, you to take it out on the dough) Let dough rest for about 1 or 2 hours. Then make your favorite sauce, this is mine it is only tomato puree, garlic, salt pepper oregano and some basil.
Stretch out dough ar roll and spread on sauce then add your favorite toppings bake till crust is browned and cheese is bubbling.

I'm opposed to cooking or baking anything in the Microwave simply because the results aren't as good. You can buy pizza ready dough and all your topings and the baking time is like 10 minutes........in the oven.

I only ever comprise baked potatoes in a meal if I actual have the oven on for different makes use of. Like baking or a stew or a roast. I evaluate it a gross waste of skill to place an oven on only to bake one or 2 potatoes. no longer only is it undesirable for the planet, it particularly is an price i won't take care of to pay for any extra. My relatives and that i admire the crunchy pores and skin of a baked potato, so the microwave version isn't an determination. I actual have got here upon that baked potato intake has long gone down in view that i began out making potato skins and potato wedges fairly. They shop a super style of time and skill. yet another occasion of the place "time is funds"! LOL!

Microwaves cook by essentially boiling the water in the food item, not heat baking / browning. If you don't mind rubbery pizza, go ahead. The best lessons are experience, put a pizza in the microwave & tell us how it went .

Yes but it won't taste as good as if it was baked in an oven and on a proper temperature as well. Most pizza experts recommend that pizza tastes better when baked when you preheat the oven for certain period.

Not advisable unless the frozen type of pizza or whatever came with a special reflective coating on the box to microwave it in. Do you want to make this pizza from scratch or heat up a frozen one?

sure you can.... any stone that can fit in your microwave can go in it. I'd get a small round stone (pc has one) and make it on that. It wont be crispy like it would in the oven but it would evenly cook.

I just take off the chill on the refridg. pizza in the micro, just a short amount of time on low power, then place it in the oven or toaster over for a slice of two.

Turns out great!!

OK, if it's a premade pizza and the dough is completely cooked than it's ok to use the microwave. But anyother type I would use the oven , don't want to get sick bec. uncooked dough
