I'm not a religious person, but I do know religion.
There are 2 scenarios:
1. The god of whatever faith you believe in would have already made up their mind what will happen to Julia and millions of people praying won't cause that decision to change
2. The god of whatever faith you believe in has had no influence on Julia in the first place so it has been left to nature.
I'm sorry all you people who do have faith, but if praying worked, nobody would die and there would be no wars. Sometimes things must happen!
The reason why religion teaches prayer is not for that particular person to be helped, but for the person praying to be helped - so they have a channel for their worry and can deal with their emotional needs better.

I would assume you want Julia to be saved from harm ... Your prayer works. Just believe! Only prayer from you is just enough. No need to add more people. Just stand and see the Power of your God. Period.

I don't know who Julia is but I do know what God says, All things that you ask in Prayer believing you shall recieve it.
Matt. 7:7 Ask and you shall recieve, seek and you shall find, knock and the door shall be open unto you.

Ask, Seek, Knock= ASK
Yes if you pray and it is God's will to have Julia stay here than yes God will help her.
