The Second Party shall install 2 (two) units of A/C (air conditioner) and it is agreed between the parties that the said units shall be considered fixtures reverting to the ownership of the First Party.

N.B. You shouldn't use "possession" in this context to mean ownership, as it is misleading.

The Second Party shall install 2 air conditioning units at their expense. The First Party understands the installed units are part of the real estate and not to be considered personal property.
