Looking at it objectively, and hopefully not too harshly, perhaps the boy would call you "when he is supposed to" if he actually liked you. Some guys are pretty stupid, others don't know the proper protocol for calling and take advice from their stupid friends, and others just don't want to call you.
And Knerba, I think that may be going a bit far. You might be more correct that it is mutually exclusive that guys can have male genitalia and still put a disproporionate amount of import into the act of routinely phoning a girl in which they likely have only a limited interest.

Because they think with their progesterone not with the good sense of their brains. It is also because they have not fully matured yet. Don't let guys get to you... if you can do something to keep yourself busy then you won't have time for them to call. They will see that and want the attention and they will call. If you are tired of 'boys' then maybe you need a man instead. Depending on your age, maybe th boys your age are to immature for you and you might have to wait till your older to get a good man. if your in lets say 10th grade then maybe look into a senior. But don't let guys run your life. Life is to short to wait for boys to call.

It isnt the sex, it is the person. People in general are stupid. It is a fact. I am really smart, and i hate to tell you, but there are just as many stupid girls out there as there are stupid boys.

I blame creation. Guys were given the brain, thought process, and hormones that lead us straight down. We are deceitful excuses, that will forever piss women off, and make them wonder why they ever tried. Oh, and because most guys hate talking on the phone, unless of course it is toward something bad. God I love being a guy.

i dont know he might not care that much about u.but im sure he does he just doesnt like calling his g/f on the phone.or he just might be busty with other stuff.my last b/f ,he never called me.but that was ok with me.i dont ask him to call u more often so you guys can talk!anyway i hope that helped.good luck.i wish u the best!!

They just are.. I think they were born with that extra gene (the stupid gene)LOL
