This is my all time favorite one...
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
1 jar (7 1/2 ounces) marshmallow creme
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla
pecan halves for garnish, optional
PREPARATION:
Heat butter in a heavy 3-quart skillet over low heat. Add sugar and evaporated milk; stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a rolling boil. Continue to boil for about 4 minutes, or until a candy thermometer registers 226°. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips; stir until melted. Stir in marshmallow creme, pecans, and vanilla until well blended. Pour into a greased 9-inch square baking pan. Place on rack to cool. Refrigerate for several hours, or until cool enough to cut into squares. Cover and store in refrigerator.
Makes about 4 dozen squares.

2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 1/3 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup peanut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
In a saucepan, stir together the sugars, salt, cocoa powder, milk, and heat until sugar is dissolved. Add the butter and cook to 238 degrees F on a candy thermometer.
Pour out of the pan into a mixing bowl to cool slightly and with a paddle attachment, stir in the peanut butter and vanilla. Continue beating to cool and stiffen the fudge until it starts to lighten and looses its gloss. Pour it into a greased pan and let it cool completely before cutting into 1 1/2-inch squares.

Place ingredients (except nuts) in bowl; do not mix. Microwave on high power for two minutes. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Fold in nuts. Pour mixture into buttered 8x8 dish. Refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes until set.

1 stick butter
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk
heat all until melted. stir all the time or it will burn!Bring to a boil and boil 2 min. No longer. Move pan to bowl with ice water in it. Stir until mixed makes snapping sounds when spoon is touched to side of the pan. Pour into greased pan. let set up. Enjoy!
also if you let it cook a little less time, 1 min. than you can pour this over a chocolate cake and it is soooo good too!
