they will not let prisoner have outside food cause you could have put anything in it so yes the guards would eat it

Not all guards are without hearts. It is a Christmas cookie so they will probably hand some for the prisoners. Best would be to prepare some addressed to the guards and some for the prisoners. That way, both will have a Merry Christmas. God bless.

I don't think that the person in prison could even receive the cookies. I don't think that is allowed. No I don't think the guards would eat any cookies meant for prisoners.

you could try - hend hash cookies using an alias, and then call up the central offices and tel lthem the guards are using drugs. If any get arrested and lose their jobs, you know they're stealing cookies.
Otherwise, you probably have to assume they are stealing them. Most COs seem to be on power trips.

Call & check first, but they probably would not let them in. I have some books I'm thinking about donating if I know they'll get to the prisoners.

I would imagine so but u could always call the prison and ask the man in charge.

You should make some for the guards.That way you will be surer that your person will get the cookies.Xmas is for everybody.
