Nation is the sum or united of several Nationality consented to be govern by a federal government. Like the Government of Iran, and USA.
Nationality is the 'identity of a particular large group of people' based on many sharing old factors, such as same language, same culture, and same general interests.
NOTE: In last century, there was a political fraud in the name of 'Nationality' in which the American & British have tried to established by influence media like CNN, nationality based on RACE & RELIGION to create wars in the World for their own unlawful benefits.
There is NOTHING known in the history as "Nation of Islam" or "Nation of Jew" . Nation of Black or Nation of White!
In whole history race and religion were not part of 'Nationality'.
For example in 'Iranian Nationality' we can see that Jews in Israeli and Muslims in Canada and USA are all celebrating "March 21" as "Iranian New Year" named as "Nourouz".
Nationalism has positive weight to encourage different small Nationality to create a Nation, like the civil war in Iraq.
