The officer has marked the sex box as M where as it should of been F.

Just because there is a minor mistake doesn't justify you being not guilty.
It will not hold in court...

Only if the error is so serious as to make the citiation defective. Marking the wrong sex isn't likely to be held that way by the judge. You CAN use it to challenge the accuracy of the officer's observations, however.

The mistake will not make the ticket invalid. If you try to beef the mistake in court, the judge will just make an amendment to the citation.

You should probably just pay it. The judge isn't going to be happy with you trying to get out of it because of a typo.

Actually you could very well be able to get off with that, I won't guarantee. But it's a good possiblity. My husband got off of one because the the officer put the wrong state for his drivers license.

You might have a chance to beat it in court the question is can you afford the time it takes to fight it?
