I'm tired of being mistreated every time I need to bring in a car for service and want to file a complaint with BMW about this particular dealer.

Obviously complaining to the Dealer Principle (the main boss man at the dealership) is futile here. Take it up with a Consumer Complaints Council (if available), or the local press' consumer columnist, as well as the national dealer organization for the manufacturer. BMW especially is a proud company who have zero tolerance with bad service internationally. Visit the BMW website (http://www.bmwusa.com) and see if you can get assistance there, or contact the Guild of Motoring Journalists - they should know whom to contact.

That's pretty rough, since obviously a BMW is going to need to be serviced a lot, based on their reliability ratings. There may be a place on the BMW website for FAQ's. There may be some helpful info there.

I worked at a BMW store for three years. Try BMW of North America's website or if you want to e-mail me I can maybe help you further?

BMW dealers are indepently owned and operated. You need to speak with the owner and or general manager at that particular dealer.

Try looking for a "Contact Us" link on the BMW webiste. That's what I did for a complaint about Kia last year.

I would complain on their website and make a phone call to the better business bureau in your area too.
