No, the human jaw is not constructed like the canine jaw. We don't have the tenace (sp?), the bone that allows dogs to "lock" their jaws shut. They needed this when they were hunters in the wild, just as wild dogs etc. have, it helps them hold and sometimes suffocate their prey.
Humans don't need their jaws to hunt with, given that we have hands...not to mention firearms.

i dont think so, they have a bone in there jaws that lock together, much like the alligator or the croc. I dont think that we have that bone.
