Waxing is much quicker than shaving and lasts a LOT longer. Laser hair removal is good. It's not absolutely permanent, but it's what we in the business call "A permanent reduction". You could try a professional facial-quality brightening cream for that area, but test it first to see if you'll react to it. Some good ones to try are Dermalogica's Night Bright or any of DHC's products containing Alpha-Arbutin, a gradual lightener. Also, remember to exfoliate.

You shouldn't shave down there, as when you do the razor cuts to the fattest point of the hair so the hair will grow back thicker and therefore appear darker, waxing is the best solution, lasts longer too.

Let the hair grow in - then go buy yourself some Veet hair removal for sensitive areas.
Leave on for the recommended period and use the plastic razor included - after the hair is removed wash area with clean water and massage in some baby oil with Vit E.
Put on some boy leg pants to minimise friction and irritation.
Colour should return to normal and lighten like rest of body.

shaving there is not the best choice cause skin is soo thin and sensitive there thats why its turning darker cause the skin is soo thin..there is very little fat there. if u get it waxed like once a month its so much better and u dont have to do it as often..it will be smoother too..and wont be dark anymore... if u continuee to shave it ..it will just get darker..underarms are like that too..just find time to do it once a month and u wont have to worry about it too much!
