Stomach cramps with vomiting could be gastroenteritis, but you really need to call your emergency services with chest pain

Did you lift something heavy recently? I once got bad stomach cramps and chest pains from lifting a box that was way too heavy for me and straining myself. It lasted for like 3 days. That could be it. Also, that could be symptoms of the flu, since body aches and cramps are sometimes associated with flu-like symptoms. You may want to see a doctor if it keeps up for another day or two. For now, try and rest as much as you can, and keep popping Advil every 4 hours.

Could be gas, could be heartburn, all sorts of things. Could be you have gas and are having a heart attack at the same time.

Call Nurse Direct (or equivalent) or your doctor and ask what they suggest.

You probably have gas, so you might need to take a pill called Gas X, they are cheap and you can buy them at the Dollar Store and at wal Mart, or Wal Greens (any drug store will do).

Good Luck, and Get Better soon!
