I am a Satanist but not a Satan worshiper.
Both Satan and god are symbols. They don't really exist.
While god is a symbol of slavery and repression Satan is a symbol of freedom.

I have studied some forms of Satanism but Satanism doesn't require worship. Satanism is about Anarchy and freedom and Dark Ethics. The Church of Satan is an atheistic organisation, but I kind of like mythology, even though I don't always believe it to be real. It is symbolic teachings. There is some 'Devil Worshippers' but they normally believe that the Universe was created by 'Satan' or 'the Dark One'. Lucifer and Satan is two different entities in the Occult comunity. Lucifer and Jesus are the same. Satan and Jehova are the Same. (This is according to some Occultists, not all.)

Do you mean Satanists? I'm too cheep and lazy to buy and read the book.
Do I believe in Satan? No.
Reading that you know nothing about it I'm guessing I assumed right, but satanists do not worship a deity. Atheist can not be declared a religion. In protest of the Xians they chose "Satan" and became a tax write off. Plus it really screws with the nutters that think they worship the devil.

I am not a Satan worshiper, but it is under the same umbrella belief that is Pagan, although it is viewed by many Christians as the devil worship cult, it is not, and in fact the term "Satan" has nothing to do with Christianity's "Satan". Satanism indeed is as diverse in belief structure as other Pagan beliefs. with the Left-Hand path.
To learn more about Satanism, you must first break free of the idea that Satan is an evil demon who is out to cause chaos and destruction. Here's a sight with more helpful information

Yes, I am a theistic Satanist. No, I am not a member of the Church of Satan, which I respect, but choose not to affiliate with. As the previous respondents mention, the Church of Satan is an athiest organization, so I'm simply not compatible. If you're looking for more information on them, I can't help you. If you're interested in worship of an actual Prince of Darkness, please feel free to contact me.
Take care,
Laz

Are you talking about Satanists? The name often throws people off...they don't even believe in Satan.

Yes, anyone who believes Jesus is more than the image of God.
2 Cor 4:4The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
Heb 1:3The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his being,
Jesus is the Son of God, and not God the Son.

there is a difference between worshipping satan and satanism so claimed by satanists.
so if u want satanism i dont know, but satan worshippers are nothing more then defiant people who proclaim "sin" as their way of life.
think of a kid, you tell them not to do something, they know they shouldnt but they do it anyway out of spite, (for attention maybe?).
worshipping satan means acknowledging god.

a few of the Christians here seem to prioritize "satan" as their main concern.
