There is a guy in class I want to ask out, but all I know is his e-mail. Also, I can't sit with him because he comes late to class and he sits at different locations in the classroom. Is there any other way I can contact him?

yeah just dint make the email to strong of a come on..ask him to get w/u after class so you can talk then arrange a dateif he is wanting and willing..good luck
