Wow. It would depend on the eaters taste buds but I would not go with bittersweet. I use a mix of chocolate almond bark, semi and milk chocolate chips for my mix. But the pretzels everyone loves are always the white chocolate, which I use white almond bard with white chocolate chips added.

I think this is a matter of personal preference. I prefer semisweet, especially since pretzels are salty.

I would use semisweet. The pretzels are already salty, so you'll want something that has a bit of sweetness to it to counter the salty.

I would use something a little sweeter as the pretzels are salty. I would use a bitter/semi sweet for a sweet base. Good luck!

I would recommend milk chocolate morsels for dipping. They are more palatable than bitter or semisweet.

Semisweet will melt better and have a more consistant flovoring

semi sweet means half sweet,
and i am assuming bitter means, not very sweet at all....so depends on the type of flavor your looking for
personaly I am all about chocolate...lol
