It was cheaper to use the Crest whitening strips but you have to be devoted to doing it, I also ended up going to the dentist and paying $350 for laser whitening that I was happy with in the beginning but now I see them getting back to the same only after a year.

Besides going to a dentist to have your teeth professionally whitened - try Crest White Stripes (or even the generic Walgreens/Walmart brand).
They truely do work.

Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and
are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural
tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries
but certain precautions have to be taken.

Crest White Strips. Just dont use over the recommended amount of time because they can cause your teeth to become sensitive. They do work really good!

I used a freshly squeezed lemon juice whilst brushing to whiten my teeth. However, this method is not suitable for frequent use.

My dad always used baking soda and peroxide, which is in most over the counter pastes and mouthwashes anyway.
He was a smoker, but he had the whitest teeth !
