I have had AWESOME results from an OTC product called airborne. I BEGIN to feel yucky, cold or flu like and start taking that and it's GONE in about 24 to 36 hours. I also take emergence C . These both have lots of vitamins in them and you can get them at your local grocery store or walmart. They always work for me if I start taking them as soon as I feel symptoms. The best way to prevent infection of a virus is to WASH YOUR HANDS! Especially after going shopping or anywhere in public. LOTS of viruses are spread by shopping carts!

Keep yourself away from people who have it. You can also strengthen your immune system by drinking enough water, eat a balance diet, have enough sleep and take vitamin C supplement.
