If we are all descendants from Adam and Eve, and evolution does NOT take place, why are there so many different races of people?

There is no paradox here...
Science and the Bible both verify the same thing about races. There is only 1 human race. That is homosapien. What you are calling races are really just people groups. Genetically, every people group is part of the human race.
Now, there are variations of people that are simply genitics. Those who live in warm climates will tend to pass along the genes that are geared toward warm climates. Those that live in cold climates will pass along genes that are advantageous in cold climates.
Before you start to say "that is evolution", I would add the following. What I am talking about is "natural selection", which is variations within it's own kind. That means, humans varying within the human race. This is what the Bible teaches in Genesis as well as what is verifyable in science. Evolution says that changes occur across different kinds of species, which is neither Biblical nor scientific.
So, to summarize: There is only 1 race, that is the human race. Differences in people groups are only slight variations with the human kind, not new people groups.

The same way that if we all began from a pair of humans in Africa there come to be so many different races. Or did you think that evolution thought that each race came from a different evolutionary path?
Note that all the RACES of men are a single SPECIES. So NO evolution had to happen (as defined by the current Darwinian theory of evolution) for the races to appear. They are not caused (according to evolution) by changes in the gene, but by differences in the breeding population. Try learning a little about Mendellian genetics. It is all laid out exactly how the races can come from a single genetic pair.
Christian are in agreement with evolutionist that we believe all humans descended from a single human pair. Our disagreement is over how that first pair came to be.

As Jibba Jabba stated climate plays a part in evolution - now most sane people do not dispute micro-evolution - changes within a species - they dispute macro-evolution - changes into new species
There has been no found proof - there are no living models to prove it. Even if they all died in an ice-age 10-20 thousand years ago - which since there exists life on this planet they obviously didnt - there are no intermediary forms in existence.

You need to revisit the difference between Macro and Micro evolution.
Why is there so many different types and models of computers? However, the computer did not just happen out of a series of mutations and technical selections.
Nice try. It does not wash.
Just trying to bring it down where you can understand it. It is obvious from your reply that you are you are too young to understand analogies. The DNA strand is a complex, organic computer. Go do your homework before putting others down for bothering to reply.

Why stop at Adam and Eve? According to the Bible, all races had to descend from Noah. Why give them the extra time?

if you would like to take it a step further, we are all descendants of Noah too. There is a pile for you. Then his kids took off in all directions. Is that logical? They go through a huge flood for half a year and then the descendants of them know nothing about this god? Sounds like story time to me.

This question can be answered easily when one considers that "race" is strictly an evolutionary term used to designate a sub-species.
The Bible never uses this discriminatory term, but instead refers to divisions such as "kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation" (Rev. 5:9b). These groupings have, of course, not only a post-Flood, but a post-Babel origin (Gen. 11:1, 9; see Gen. 12:1, etc.), some 150-200 years after the global, earth-covering Genesis Flood of Noah's day.
Genesis 11: 1-9:
11:1 And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech.
2 And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there.
3 And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them thoroughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for mortar.
4 And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.
5 And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded.
6 And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.
7 Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech.
8 So the LORD scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city.
9 Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because the LORD did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did the LORD scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth.

To deny that evolution occurs is just ridiculous.
Creationism and evolution can be and are compatible.
Environment has a lot to do with physical characteristics too, remember.

Because the racial differences in DNA were all a part of Adam and Eve's genetic make-up.
(Mainworry should read further to Genesis 5 and find that Adam and Eve had other sons and daughters.)
