i don't have credit card or a bank card. Someone told me you can buy this card from a store or something (it has Visa or mastercard logo on it). You pay the store or something and they will add money to it. Its pretty much a giftcard but you can buy anything with it online.

What you're talking about is a "prepaid Visa or Mastercard". It's simple. Go to any participating retailer or bank and simply pay them up front, and they'll charge up the card for you.

WORD OF CAUTION --- don't buy cards that are in the open. Always ask for cards that are displayed behind a counter! Thieves commonly open and record the credit card # and expiration information and then periodically call to check the balance to see if some idiot has purchased the card, at which point they'll use up your balance and leave you high and dry.

Stored-value cards are available at many financial institutions, but have various costs, such as setup fees--and some have monthly maintenance fees. Still, this may fill the gap until you can obtain credit or a bank card.

Otherwise, stores such as Target and Walmart have their own cards that you can only use at those stores.

The best one I have found is a visa or mc from wiredplastic.com but I use that as a checking card. Its $3 a month.
American Express and Visa offer gift certificate cards go to their website
