I've heard from some people that they might be cysts, but I still don't know how to get rid of them.

I used to get them when I was 15.
Turns out they were just deep spots. Gave then a good squeeze and out they popped. but if you are worried see a doctor.

had one years ago that stayed there for years until i disinfected a needle made a hole and drained it...been gone for a long time now
