I have a unexplained pain in my lower right leg with no positive results found with an ultrasound. I have had migrain headaches within the last year and had a mri done on my head for a reson as to why i have these with no results to that either?? Is this cancer and no one hasd found it yet what else should they be looking for??

It sounds like cancer to me.

No, I don't think it's cancer.

You could have fibromyalgia, which is more common in women than men.

You should see a Rheumatologist for diagnosis.

You could also have PAD or poor circulation in your legs, which would cause the leg pain. The migraines usually indicate stress.

If you're overweight, arthritis could be an answer too. That's why you should see a Rheumatologist.

Good Luck. I know how frustrating it is not to know where pain comes from and how to treat it.

I can't give you a complete prognosis without evaluating you. You need to go see a doctor.
