Stay home and enjoy it with your family and friends (dinner). It is never worth going out for New Year's Eve, because it never lives up to expectations. Trust me. As you get older you'll learn this fact very quickly.

1. eating a early dinner at Patsy's (Italian), The Sea Grill (seafood) which overlooks the ice skating rink in Rockefeller Plaza, or Spark's Steak Restaurant.
partying at Time Square!
eating late at Joe Allen's hoping to see some celebrities (make reservations after 10:30 p.m. for a table in the bar area)!
2. eating a 7:00 p.m. dinner at either Patsy's, Spark's, or The Sea Grill
taking a carriage ride around Central Park
go to P.J. Clark's on 3rd Avenue to party!
go to Joe Allen's for a late dinner and celebrity watching (after 10:30 p.m.
New Years Day:
window shop on 5th avenue
eat at Tavern On The Green (reservations in the Crystal Room only) if they are open or go to Katz Deli or Carnegie Deli.
if you didn't take the carriage ride ($60.00) around Central Park then that would be fun!

Get invited to a hot Party! This new years eve i'm staying in the city in New York at a party in a hot night club. VERY EXCLUSIVE. How the heck do you get invited right? Easy, speak to the right people at the right time. (having a job in the entertainment buisness helps, i'd know) GOOD LUCK!

Sightseeing for a day in NYC (5th ave shops/Rockerfeller Ctr/etc)
