Each tablet contains:
No. 3 Codeine Phosphate 30 mg
Acetaminophen 300 mg
looks like 30 mgs to me.. heh

okay lets get this straight, Tylenol no. 3 has 325 mg of acetaminophen and 30 mg of codeine and a Percocet has 325 mg of acetaminophen and 5mg of oxycodone. oxycodone is a synthesized manipulation of the codeine molecule. 30mg of codeine is = to 5mg of hydrocodone= 2.5mg of oxycodone roughly and depends on the tolerance of the individual.

Percocet is much stronger. Tylenol 3 with codeine is the mildest drug containing an opiate.
Actually, it DOES contain 30 mgs of codeine.

If I'm not mistaken, percocet contains tylenol and oxycodone, not codiene. Every drug reacts different with everyone, but to me, I would say that Tylenol #3 would be stronger. Be careful with this, only take these medications as prescribed by a doctor. It's not worth your life. Best of luck to you.

Percocet is, it has a stronger narcotic in it known as oxycodone where as codiene isn't as strong.

It is not 30mg of codiene it is 3 grains. BIG difference

Percocet is one of the strongest of all pain medications
Percoset or Oxycontin W/PAP will leave you pain free.
However, the side effects are disturbing. Also, it can be abused.
Percoset is prescribed for severe pain relief. My Physician told me that he prescribes this medication for only One percent of his patients.

Percocet is the stronger med b/c i have taken both..............they are also very addictive so look out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
