They'll be fine... especially if you're making egg salad.
I don't really see them getting as tough as some would lead you to believe since you used a wet cooking method.

You should only boil for ten minutes so it will be interesting to find out how they turned out for you. I expect they may be a bit rubbery.

Yup...you can eat them...boil them for another ten minutes and then they will become soft again...

they may be a little tough but they are can be eaten,,,, if you would make egg salad the smashing would be a little harder then usual

oh they will b okay, but not to eat.
Im afraid they could possibly be more dangerous than bullets after that length of time.

Only if you plan to use them as a bouncing toy! Don't eat them - they'll be like rubber (I would imagine)!
