losing fast can not be done safely. Go to your doctor and talk to him/her and he/she will give you a sensible diet to follow.

Reduce your food intake stay away form fatty foods including take out e.g burgers, exercise at least twice a day start with cardiovascular walking, running even riding a bike. Stay away form diet pills or miracle diets they do not work lose weight in a healthy way so that it stays off, you have to stay focus, you are young so you will get fast results.

Cardio at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes. Also, eat a healthy diet. Also, lose weigh takes time, there is no such a thing as fast.

Go jogging, eat a sensible breakfast, ex: oatmeal, eat lunch, ex: sandwich and apple, eat dinner, Ex: chicken. The more you eat the faster your motabolism becomes. and when you jog it also speeds up your motabolism while at the same time making your body more fit. Keep in mind, you have to at least work out 30 minutes a day. I uesd to think that eating one time a day would be best for me but it wasn't I feel really fit now eating more and getting a good workout. also, drink a lot of water.

go online to ebay.com.. set an account if u dont already have one. the pills are called hoodia.. all natural ingredients.. take three pills a day. u have to drink lots of water. I will tell u to.. if u go walking or jogging this helps sheds the pounds quick.. , but the pills are great i have been taking them for a month now and i have lost almost 20 lbs.. good luck to u and be safe k

there is no way to do that without harming yourself, you dont NEED to lose it fast, you WANT to lose it fast. 3-8 lb per MONTH is safe and EFFECTIVE weight loss. You can lose it faster but you will not keep it off and in fact you will gain it back PLUS more. Sensible eating, brisk walking and moderate exercise is the time honored and SENSIBLE way of losing weight.
