I go to bed at a decent time and wake up at the same time every day. it's like no matter how much sleep i get i'm always tired.what's the deal!?!?

Stress can make you sleepy. Your diet too...everything is pretty much your diets fault. I was sleeping for no reason. I think maybe you are stressed and maybe you are ill.

you may snore when you sleep. Bad snorers often don't get a good enough sleep. Get the nasal separator to discontinue snoring.

I would also have your thyroid levels checked. Have your health care provider to a TSH blood test.

It could be your iron levels or it may also be your sugar levels. You should get both of thoes checked.

you could be anemic-which means your iron is really low and you need to take iron pills. or it could mean your pregnant.
