The best human quality by far is the capacity for generosity which comes from a person not forced to do so or made to believe they should by any religous book or doctrine. If you give someone a hand because your faith says it's the right thing to do, it means less than if it comes from someone who sets their selfishness aside to do so.

Honesty, with your beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and character. Honesty to others and not decieving someone else. Last, being honest enough to say that, "hey, maybe my religion is not the only one that could be correct, and maybe I should be honest to myself by searching and understanding other religions before I go head first into one and only one"!
