I mean think about it. Banks like Capital One Providian Premier Bank American Expresss etc are all nice enough to give people credit card loans to those who need it. Problem is you irresponsible clods abuse it max it out & then don't want to pay back. And then you all get mad when these Collection Agencies call your house trying to get money that rightfully belong to the Banks & Credit card companies? If you clods were more responsible with your credit this wouldn't be happening now would it? So stop moanin & crying about Credit card companies & Collection Agencies calling you. Be responsible & pay your loan back you lazy simpleton's

I agree with you about paying money back --- it is owing to your responsibility. Now that there are some that can not help it, family death/sickness ect. Now with the dead beats that is a whole different story! Those fu"k tards ruin it for everyone else, live beyond there needs go bankrupt and still walk out like a million bucks.

I wouldn't call them "irresponsible clods". What happens is LIFE happens to people. They get laid off, they get sick, they have other problems whereby they cannot pay their debts.

This is not to say that these life experiences should release them from these debts. Having disability insurance helps, especially if you're young, because you never know what life will bring.

Credit card companies are totally not understanding about these things most of the time. All they want is the money.

Your first part is correct...you spend you pay. The problem with collection agencies are the fact they lie and cheat people. NEVER give these people account numbers..NEVER speak to a collection agaency..ONLY in writing. DV them on everything. They love to re-age accounts they they bought for $2 on a $2500 bad credit card..then try to collect on in by any means nessasary. They are bottom feeders, they live off peoples mistakes. They are the lowest of the low. How many times have you ever heard of a collector brag about what they do for a living...they know how low they are. I work with a Company that loves to sue the hell out of these croock...many times the CA has HAD to pay..for their violations..I love THAT!

what are you? You must work for a collection agency. You have no right to call people names, you don't know the situations.
In the first place the banks that you mentioned charge way to much interest. In the second place they charge to much if you get a little behind. Interest upon interest and late fees. They need to be a little more understanding when someone gets a little behind and is trying to pay the bill. Do you job and you stop moaning and crying.

Yes people should have to pay their debts, I do.

But things happen, you get sick, into an accident or laid off, and then you are a couple days late on a couple payments.

These "nice enough" companies then can legally charge you 35% interest rates, thus insuring, you will continue to struggle to pay it back. So they don't want too.

Life is good for you now, it may not always be that way. Be grateful and feel sorry for your fellow man who is not as "smart" as you.
