it could be a corpal tunnel syndrome problem, usually based on manual repeated manipulation, in the work place.........or more seriously a cardiac problem...your heart is in the center of your chest immediately under your sternum(breast-bone)it takes in used blood from the right and pumps it to the left to be immediately oxiginated by the lungs...if there is a blood flow problem it shows up first in the left arm or hand&fingers as a twitching of sorts ,it's your bodys way of warning you of this problem...best to consider a cardiac , supine position,diagram....but it may be ONLY some appendage problem..........david

There are all sorts of possibilities, so guessing over the internet isn't going to help. Some things that cause twitching: stress, diet deficiencies, overuse of a muscle, multiple sclerosis, parkinson's disease, compressed nerve at spine, ALS, and probably a few more things. If you are worried about this, then you might need a few tests to rule out some of the possibilities.

Stress baby! it's a muscle spasm, usually they are related to stress. Right before my friends super obnoxious wedding I was in I developed an eye spasm/twitch from stress (yeah that looked healthy lol) I was put on Zanex for anxitey. Give it a few days and if it doesn't go away call your doctor. It's nothing major, if anything they will just give you some fun pills that will relax you :)

Probably just overuse so just relax and try to rest it. Everyone has twitching from time to time due to stress and overuse.

If it continues for a day or so, then you can check it out with a doctor but it will probably go away.
Good luck

See a doctor as soon as possible!!! Could be Parkinson's Disease or one of the other ones that could be helped and/or delayed by medications.

This is not a good place to get answers for serious medical question. Good luck. Pops
