lol I love these questions.
If nothing is happening, then nothing is happening, but this sentence is positive not negative, therefore something must be happening, and that something is nothing, but nothing means nothing so nothing's happening. Therefore, something IS happening....nothing. If you know what I mean. If literally nothing was happening, it would be better to say "Anything isn't happening" because that sentence is a negative.
It's like saying: My problem is that I don't have a problem. So what's my problem?
